A safe place to study

Shuttleworth College aims to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all staff, students and visitors.

We are committed to meeting our duty to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and vulnerable adults, and where we identify cases of suspected abuse we will make referrals to the appropriate investigating agency.

Our teaching and support staff are fully-trained in dealing with issues of safety and security involving our students, and are prepared to take action to prevent any harm from occurring. We also strive to make students fully aware of what to do, and who they can turn to, if they have any issues surrounding safeguarding.
