Kayleigh Baker, Animal Care Level 2
I have always been around animals – at home we have had a cat,
snakes, dogs, birds, rabbits, guinea pigs and fish so the interest
has always been there!
I knew from about the age of five that I wanted to become a
veterinary nurse and the course here at Shuttleworth College has
really given me the opportunity to experience working with
animals.
Shuttleworth is the only College locally which has animals and
my course is fantastic – I’m looking forward to moving on to Level
3 next year. Eventually I’ll go to uni although I’m not sure which
one yet!
